Your contributions help us present our Annual Concert Series, which bring opportunities for all of Louisville to see and hear the beauty of the guitar and its music. We also strive support multiple guitar communities, clubs, and events throughout the city.

Our 2025 Mission:
Our 2025 Goal: $4000
10 students meeting weekly for 12 weeks.
Guitar: $180 x 10 = $1800
Gig Bags: $30 x 10 = $300
Strings, Footstools, and tuners: $43 x 10 = $430
Teacher: $50/hour x 24 weeks = $1200
Total: $3730
Remaining $270 for printing and instrument repairs.
This year we aim to raise funds to begin establishing and supporting more middle school guitar clubs throughout Louisville and the surrounding region. We see this as an underserved domain that is highly aligned with our mission.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of Strings By Mail. All donations made from 5-9 PM will be matched up to $200! So make sure to set yourself a reminder to donate during that time!​

Kroger Community Rewards
You can also donate to the Louisville Guitar Society through Kroger Community Rewards. Every time you make a Kroger purchase using a Kroger Shopper's Card connected to an organization, a percentage of that purchase is donated to the charity of your choice.

The Louisville Guitar Society is a member-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our artistic mission and charitable initiatives are driven by the generous support of our donors, members, and community partners. Our Board of Directors volunteer their time so that 100% of all LGS funds go toward the everyday operation of the society and its efforts to support guitar education and performance for all in the greater Louisville area.
